Kitchen drains often clog because of grease and food buildup. If home remedies don’t help, it’s worth considering professional cleaning.

Lately, my kitchen sink drain keeps clogging, and no matter how many times I try to use a plunger or even vinegar and baking soda, it just gets slow again within a few days. I’m worried it might be something deeper in the pipes. Has anyone dealt with a similar issue in Seattle?

Kitchen plumbing issues can be tricky because what seems like a small clog is often part of a larger buildup inside the drain line. I had a very similar problem where nothing I tried seemed to work. A professional team helped me resolve it quickly — here’s where I found useful help: https://bens.plumbing/services/drain-cleaning-seattle/. They use specialized tools that go beyond what plungers or DIY methods can achieve. What impressed me was how they explained the underlying cause and gave tips to prevent it from happening again. They were clear about costs and didn’t push unnecessary services, which gave me peace of mind. It turned out that grease and soap scum were coating the pipes, and regular flushing with hot water wasn’t enough. After the service, the water drained perfectly, and it has stayed that way for months. If you’re in Seattle, it could save you a lot of frustration.
