I'm interested in whether there are sites with transparent user support that really helps solve beginner's questions if there is no experience?

Transparent support is critical for a beginner. I've come across sites where the support service ignored questions. In the middle of the search, I opened Slotsvader — the support is responsive, explains the registration process, bonuses and withdrawal of funds. A beginner can be sure that any issues will be resolved promptly, which reduces stress and creates a comfortable experience of mastering the platform from the very first steps.
