Our customer have upgrade his headlight with LED bulb and HID bulb. The Nissan Qashqai housing is developed with xenon projector, yet when driving in rainfall day, the brightness of halogen light bulb is too dark to see the front road. He decide to upgrade a new front lights housing for his Qashqai.

The brand-new Housing consists of bi xenon projector for low beam, a pair of 5500K HID light bulb, canbus Aozoom ballast as well as halogen light bulb suit with projector for high light beam. He contacted us to help him finish the modification.

The take apart steps were not complicated, less complex than retrofitting a projector. Due to the fact that the bulbs as well as projector were mounted in the housing currently. Pull the OEM housing off and afterwards mount the new one in it, the task was done.

  • Took off the bumper and the original housing. It requires to be noticed that there is a wiring under the housing to repair it.
  • When take apart the housing, it must remove the screws of the wiring out, and screw it right into the new housing.

We finish the tuning for one hr. The light test is essential to do, due to the fact that the light beam pattern require to comply to the Roadway Standard. When all points were done, mounting the ballast, accumulating the bumper as well as examination the light again.

Upgrade a whole canbus ballast 35w housing as opposed to a projector or some bulbs, it will certainly be more convenient for the green-hand. As well as we do not need to bother with the high quality of the aftermarket devices such as ballast, projector and so on. In all, no matter what you retrofit with, the risk-free roadway policies we require to abide to.
