Hey everyone,
I’ve been trying to stick to a supplement routine lately — mainly vitamins and omega-3s. Some days I think I notice a difference, other days not so much.
Do you actually feel any improvement when you take your supplements regularly? Or is it more about long-term benefits that we don’t really “feel”?
Also, if anyone’s using trusted brands like Holland & Barrett, I’d love to hear which products have worked best for you.
