Not that I often use Privacy Detection, but when I need to, I have no doubt which one to use. In my experience, there's not a time when it hasn't helped me prevent traffic with fake IP addresses, which means it's doing a very good job. I would advise you to learn and use it too. After all, it's not just me who uses it, but big companies as well. And they certainly don't want to fail in protection!
