Chile
2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 med green pepper, chopped
2 15 oz. cans kidney beans, undrained
4 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2-4 tsp. chili powder
 
Lightly brown beef in skillet; add onoin and garlic, cook until tender.  Add remaining ingredients.  Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes.  Makes 8 servings.
