Bran Cereal Muffins
Sift together:

5 c. flour
5 tsp. soda
2 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar

in a large mixing bowl and add:

15 oz. box Raisin Bran cereal
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. melted shortening or oil
1 qt. buttermilk

Mix well.  Store in covered container in refrigerator and use as desired.  Do not stir before using.  Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full.  Bake 20-30 min. in preheated 375 oven.  Yumm yumm!
