Pizza Crust (from Aaron and Christina)

400 degrees -- 10-20 minutes?

1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 pkg. (1/4 oz.) quick-rising dry yeast
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup hot water
1 T vegetable oil

(buy yeast at Wal Mart, it's cheaper)
(Contadina - pizza sauce)
(shredded mozzerella cheese - costco)

- Mix flowr, yeast, sugar, and salt
- Add water and oil
- stir until mixture forms a ball
- Knead until smooth and elastic (3-4 minutes)
- Cover with batter bowl and let set 10 minutes
- Roll out and put on toppings, Cook on round pizza pan
