This shake is bomb!! (I made it in Kirkwood)

1 cup milk
2 envelopes (1 oz each) Swiss Miss Milk Chocolate Hot cocoa Mix
1 whole banana
1/4 cup Peter Pan Creamy Peanut Butter
2 - 3 cups ice cubes
whipped topping if you like
