Is the nation of Israel an antichrist nation?  If so should Christians
support them?

I realize this is a question many might feel strongly about
depending upon their view of Revelation and prophecy - but
definitely worth discussing.

Here are some Biblical facts:

1Jn 2:21  I have not written unto you because ye know not the
truth, but because ye know it, and that no lie is of the truth.

1Jn 2:22  Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ?
He is ANTICHRIST, that denieth the Father and the Son.

1Jn 2:23  Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the
Father: (but) he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also.

We can be certain that the national religion of Israel rejects Jesus
as the Messiah.

Rom 2:28  For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is
that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh:

Rom 2:29  But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and
circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter;
whose praise is not of men, but of God.

It appears that Paul was saying that one is not a part of Israel by
birth or circumcision of the flesh.   That would mean that the true
Israel of God are those  who are circumcised in the heart - not
flesh.   Israel in the spirit - not physical.

Jesus said that the physical nation of Israel was to be left desolate.

Mat 23:37  O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets,
and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have
gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens
under her wings, and ye would not!

Mat 23:38  Behold, your house is left unto you desolate.

So, what do you think brothers and sisters?  Should Christians
support the nation of Israel or are we the new spiritual Israel of
