  • Couple pounds of skin or skinless diced chicken breasts
  • Brown in olive oil
  • when half browned add diced leeks in large quantity
  • continue browning, add copious diced rosemary
  • continue browning a little longer
  • add a few ounces of lemon juice and cover & simmer for 10-15 min
