1/4 c. salad oil 1 TB. sugar 2 TB. white wine vinegar 2 tsp. minced parsley 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt 1/4 tsp. oregano leaves 1/8 tsp. seasoned pepper 1/2 large head iceberg lettuce 1/2 large head Boston lettuce 2 avocados, peeled and sliced 1/2 c. California walnuts 1. To make the dressing, in large salad bowl, mix thoroughlly first 8 ingredients. 2. Into dressing, tear iceberg and boston lettuce into bite-size pieces. Add avocados; gentlly toss to coat everything. Garnish with walnuts. |
