I first got a recipe like this from our old neighbor Shirley Brucia on Leslie Court!

1 package yellow cake mix
3/4 c.oil(preferably butter-flavored, but any vegetable oil will do)
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3/4 c. dessert wine (any sherry or port will do)
4 large eggs
1 t. nutmeg

Preheat oven to 350.  Grease and flour an angel food or bundt cake pan.  Place all ingredients in med. mixer bowl and beat at med. speed for 5 minutes.  Pour into prepared pan.  Bake 45 min.  Let cool, remove from pan and sprinkle w/ powdered sugar.
