Paper Cup Frozen Salad (from Judy Duncan)

Mix:  2 c. sour cream
2 T. lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar
1/8 t. salt
4 drops red food color

Add:  2 bananas, diced
1/2 c. chopped pecans
8-12 oz. crushed  pineapple, well drained
16 oz. pitted cherries

Spoon into paper muffin cups set in muffin pans.  Freeze.  Store in plastic bags.  Remove 15 min. before serving.  Peel off paper and serve on
greens.
