Mexican salad
1 lb.hamburger, cooked, drained and cooled
4 tomatoes, cut in wedges
1 lg. green pepper, cut up
1 can black pitted olives, drained
1 can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
1 med. red onion, cut into rings
1 pkg. tortilla chips
1 head of lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
1 avocado, cut up
grated sharp cheddar cheese
Mix all ingedients and chill.  Add lettuce and tortilla chips at last minute.
Add dressing:
1 lg. bottle green taco sauce
2 cups mayo
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. vinegar
Mix, chill and serve.  It's a very big salad!
