Chicken - honey mustard curry
Oven at 375F

mix in ceramic bowl
1/3-1/2 C honey
1/4 C dijon mustard
1/4 olive oil
2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp cloves
1 tsp tumeric
1 tbsp ground curry
1 tbsp salt
warm in microwave & mix thoroughly
tray full of chicken (e.g., 4 very large leg/thighs, 2 very large breast halves)

rinse & pat dry chicken pieces
put into pan (no need to oil)
shake salt on, put in oven

cook the plain pieces 40 min
remove from oven and pour out most all the juice/fat

flip the chicken pieces so back sides are up and put about 1/4 or 1/3 of the sauce on the pieces

cook 20 min

flip the pieces and put the remainder of the sauce on the top sides

cook final 20 min
