WHAT DOES THE WORD SABBATH MEAN?
Sabbath means to cease, desist, interrupt --we interrupt our daily work on Friday at sundown to rest until Saturday at sundown.
WE PRESENT OUR BODY TO REST
True worship is presenting our bodies as a living sacrifice.
"I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy , acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service." Romans 12:1
SERVICE: Latreia R.V. margin "worship"
We are to always present our body as a living sacrifice. On the seventh day sabbath, we present our body to rest from secular labor.

Exodus 20:9 Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work
Exodus 20:10 But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:
Exodus 20:11 For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.
