1 package (16 ounces) tricolor spiral pasta
2 cups broccoli florets
1/2 cup chopped tomato
1 cup chopped carrots
1/2 cup chopped cucumber
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and halved
1 bottle (8ounces) Italian salad dressing
(I substitute with the light italian)
1 can of black olives
1/4 pound sliced pepperoni sausage
or cover with shredded mozzarella cheese
Cook the pasta according to package directions, drain and rinse in cold
water.  Place in a large bowl; add remaining ingredients and toss to coat.
Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.  Serves 12-14
