The Israel of God: Jews and Gentiles who have a covenant relationship with the Father, through faith. They believe that the Messiah died for their sins, was buried, and arose from the dead; His blood is the atonement for their sins. They submit to His authority and obey Him.

They need no genealogy because they have been born-again; they are the promised generation that delights to do the will of God. His law that was once written upon tables of stone is now engraved upon the tables of their hearts.

For it is written: "All the ends of the world shall remember and turn unto the LORD: and all the kindreds of the nations shall worship before thee. For the kingdom is the LORD's: and he is the governor among the nations. ... A SEED SHALL SERVE HIM; IT SHALL BE ACCOUNTED TO THE LORD FOR A GENERATION. They shall come, and shall declare his righteousness unto a people that shall be born, that he hath done this." Psalms 22:27-31
