2 chickens, cut into pieces, or precut chicken breasts
1 can (4 oz.) mild green chilies
2 tsp. chili powder
vegetable oil
salt
 
Place chicken pieces in a shallow glass or ceramic dish.  Combine ingredients and 1/4 oil in food processor or blender and blend until smooth.  Pour over chicken.  Toss to coat.  Let stand for 4 hours in frig.  Grill on BBQ!
