Our Meditation Class/Workshop is over for now - but we continue to be available for private instruction on meditation and forest bathing, "shinrin-yoku", traditional yoga and Yoga Nidra. Continue to breathe, stretch and be present. Namaste, Greta

Please do not attend class if you are feeling ill for any reason.
 
 Yoga and meditation have a positive effect on your immunity as well as your central nervous system, help to reduce inflammation in the body and decreases anxiety / depression. Yoga improves your overall sense of well-being! Remember to breathe and stretch everyday, take it one day at a time!
