Set Date/Time format:
In 12 Hour format the hours will be displayed as 1 through 12 with “a.m.” and “p.m.”
displayed after the time (ex. 1:00p.m.). In 24 hour format the hours will be displayed as 00 through 23 (ex. 13:00).

REGARDING UNWARRANTED TEXTING AND CALLING OF STAFF
Hello Everyone,
This is a reminder regarding the unwarranted texting and calling of the Office Staff outside of normal business hours. What do we mean by "unwarranted"? Some examples would include payroll issues, scheduling mishaps, even calling off IF it is not directed at the on-call-person for the day (317-825-3115: the same number as the office). While those things are important, they can wait until the next business day. They are not immediate concerns after hours.
You should remember as well that the on call for after hours and weekends is to be used for emergencies only which is to say matters that need to be addressed IMMEDIATE-ly: the obvious being a call off or something emergent with our clients.
Imagine you are texting Jack or Jill from the office about something and they are with their kids at their softball game on Sat for example (and they do not have on call duty so they have no laptop or pc or notepad etc ), there is a good chance they are not going to remember what you are calling about. Their mind is on their time with their kids. They are not in work mode. If it's an emergency you CALL -not text- the on call number 317-825-3115.
Note: Recently the Managers reached out and invited you to contact them. That of course is an obvious exception. Those calls or texts were warranted. This is concerning unwarranted calls.
