In 12 Hour format the hours will be displayed as 1 through 12 with “a.m.” and “p.m.”

A SQUEAKY WHEEL GETS OILED
Hello All,
We got some disappointing news in the Timekeeping and Payroll department yesterday. There was a major software crash in the payroll system which put the Payroll accountant-currently Nadine Prather (part owner/Company President)-in the daunting position of having to do payroll via hand audits...manually...old school. Moreover, as a result of having to analyze way more than usual payroll data, Nadine got an eye opener into a recent trend in caregivers clocking out early. We are seeing early leaves many HOURS before the scheduled shift is due to end. This presents big losses for company revenue. This also throws up a red flag because we want to make sure we help our clients in maintaining their hours allotted by their Medicaid Waivers. If the hours aren't getting used and accounted for, they stand the risk of losing them.
Management is taking this issue very seriously.
As a result, Nadine and Markita are making it an absolute rule that nobody leaves their shifts early. Caregivers must stay until the end of their respective shifts. If there is some pressing need in which a caregiver needs to leave, they are to call the office number (aka the On Call Number 317-825-3115).
