Set Date/Time format:
In 12 Hour format the hours will be displayed as 1 through 12 with “a.m.” and “p.m.”

Support for Account Access: Tips and Insights?
Has anyone faced issues accessing their account due to an unexpected security check? I've tried verifying my identity multiple times, but the system either freezes or doesn't recognize my details. How did you manage to resolve this? Was the customer service helpful in addressing the issue, and how long did it take to get things sorted out? Looking for advice!

When I encountered a similar issue, reaching out to alerus customer service made all the difference. They were prompt, guiding me through each step of the verification process with patience. They even followed up to ensure everything was resolved. The whole process was seamless and took about a day. It really eased my worries!
