1. Seller to have a licensed plumber repair/ replace the following items: a.) improperly install drain on hot water (see pg 35 #20) 
2. Seller to have a licensed HVAC Contractor repair/replace the following items: a.) Improperly draining condensate line (see pg 35 #37) b.) properly seal all asbestos tape on all hvac ducts (see pg 35 #19) 
3. Seller to have a licensed contractor repair/replace the following items:
a.) missing support in crawl space for dishwasher drain line (see pg 29 #13) b.) 18 canned lights not properly insulated (see pg 31 #5) c.) remove all debris in crawlspace(see pg 34 #37)
4. Seller to have a licensed electrician repair/replace the following items: a.) missing cover on exterior outlet (see pg 28 #1) b.) blank out missing on electrical panel (see pg 31 #3 & #4) c.) open electrical connections (see Pg 32 #7) d.) reverse polarity and missing covers (see pg 33 # 37) e.) abandoned wiring and open splice (see pg 34 #14) f.) improper sized breaker (see pg 34 #15) Seller to warrant all work and provide paid receipts within 5 days of closing.
