  1. Seller to repair the open flashing as noted on (page 11).
  2. Seller to have a licensed framing contractor repair the 14 load bearing studs (page 15).
  3. Seller to remove the bird found in the vent cover as noted on (page 25) and have a licensed HVAC contractor reconnect bathroom vents in attic and secure ducts as noted on ( page 25).
  4. Seller to have licensed contract repair front bedroom window sill as noted on (page 21).
  5. Seller to have front door sanded and sealed and replace weather stripping as noted on (page 21). Seller to have the interior bathroom door adjusted as noted on (page 21).

6.Seller to have professional landscaper fix the stone stair as per (page 7 ) of inspection.
