Vent 4.1 The dryer vent is clogged- clean and secure flush to home and seal 

Exterior door 6.1/6.2/6.3/6.56.1. The front door gets hung up on the threshold and does not easily open. Have the threshold adjusted as needed.
6.2. There needs to be a pressure treated wood support installed under the exterior edge of the metal threshold at the rear doors to the patio as required.
6.3. The side door from the garage to the rear yard strikes the jamb along the latch side. Have the door or frame adjusted to allow the door to clear when closing.
6.5. There needs to be a pressure treated wood support installed under the exterior edge of the metal threshold at the door between the garage and the home.

Gutter 8.1 There is a low area in the left half of the gutter along the rear roof and needs to be adjusted to fully drain. 

Deck conditions 1.1-1.51.1. No required flashing where deck meets house, as required. Flashing is a suitable thin metal used to prevent water penetration in joints and tight areas around bolts. Have a qualified contractor install.

1.3. The deck does not have adequate lateral bracing. Decks should have a angular brace at the posts or a piece of strapping nailed diagonally at the underside the deck joists. Have a qualified contractor make corrections for safety.
1.4. Deck post should be 6 x 6 or larger, 4 x 4 post are too small for a deck 9 feet off the ground a deck contractor should review and make corrections as needed
1.5. The main rim joists and and outer band joist of the rear deck are fastened to the sides of the support posts and not bearing directly onto the support posts as required by industry standards. The fasteners could shear off under certain loading conditions leading to a catastrophic failure of the deck 

Roof/flashing
2.1. Flashing needs to be installed along the top edges of the two front roofs on each side of the chimney chase to prevent water from rolling in under the shingles due to the roof pitch. Have a qualified roofer install 

Attic 5.1. The top of the furnace chase in the attic needs to be sealed off with fire stopping as required for safety and insurability 50.00

Bathroom vent 10.1The duct from the hall bath vent needs to be extended to discharge to the exterior of the home and not into the attic area, this can cause a buildup of moisture and mold in the attic. All house vents should be directed to the exterior. A qualified contractor should correct as needed.
