1 A. Repair the deadbolt at the back door to lock correctly.
B. Replace/repair the the broken master bathtub drain plug.
C. Repair the upstairs hall bathroom door to the front bedroom should be trimmed as necessary to work properly. If necessary, paint to match once work is completed.
D. Repair the damaged and or missing insulation on refrigerant lines. These outside lines should be insulated all the way to the compressor unit to prevent loss of temperature in the lines.
2 repair the light switches controlling the foyer chandelier and the upstairs spare bathroom only work when one switch is in the ON position. These circuits should be rewired to create a proper 3-way switch. By correctly connecting two of these switches together, toggling either switch changes the state of the load from off to on, or on to off.
