Love the photo and the long write up. The boys sure will have a great "baby book" to look at later on in life!
We love you Morgan!!! Love Gramps
Already 2!! Morgan definitely has his way of getting our attention and I like your description of his "angry crawl"! It says "pay attention to ME!!"
That's good you figured out what disrupts his sleep and having them nap at the same time is so helpful so Momma can rest too, etc.
Yes, he is a handsome young man! There is something special about those eyes.
Awesome write up! Way to capture all the special moments of adorable Morgan!
Yep, stubborn, sometimes angry children keep us humble as parents and on our knees. He's so imitating Memphis now! Where did they get the Charlie Brown shirts?
It's hard for toddlers when they can't express their feelings, and they do get frustrated. Some children introduce their parents to parenthood, while some others cement/ expand their parents' skills!
Love reading your descriptions! May he mellow out in the coming months :)
As a grandparent he's an awesome grandchild (since we're not often around him being angry). Yes, it sure seems like he understands a lot, I love catching his attention and then have him track me with his eyes.
Morgan may be a strong leader once he learns to communicate!
What a happy face!!!! Such an adorable little fellow. He's is a water boy like his brother.
A suggestion - when he says, eh, eh, eh, tell him the correct word or phrase as you give what he wants to him. Jennifer had us all trained with just a look and sound. KAtharine and I were great interpreters, but she didn't try to talk because she didn't have to much.
I'm so glad Morgan is walking and sleeping better now. He sure wants to do whatever brother is doing!
Sure love his smiles! He smiles a lot over here.
He sure has slimmed down, and has a wonderful smile!
Morgan and Memphis sure love to wrestle and pile on each other and play silly games with me!
Ya, the wrestling thing is adorable! It's amazing how much he understands!
Yeah, I can't wait to hear what's going on in his head too. He sure can give a hearty YEAHHHH though!
I love the hugs he gives and his smiles are the best! Amazed how well Memphis and Morgan play right next to each other. Last night Morgan didn't go after Memphis's lego creations. I was really surprised!
I don't know in your case if this is true, but If he has an interpreter (for instance, big brother) to tell you what he wants, then he doesn't have to talk. We had a similar situation with Jennifer, who had Katharine to interpret for her, and I could see as well what she wanted, and didn't ask her. She went to speech therapy at Kaiser finally. She had caught a lot of colds from Katharine, and missed certain sounds as a little one. She caught up just fine, and got in trouble with Mrs. Spatz for talking in class!
Yes, Morgan sure can furrow those eyebrows to express his wishes and has so many variations on "yeah"! But he's doing a great job of keeping up with big brother!!
Most of the time now, when he comes over to our house, he'll smile and come and give me a big hug. Love that!
Yeah Morgan, keep the words coming!!
Can't wait to see him Tuesday evening! He is such a joy!
So glad that he has been speaking words now. Bet he will be talking more and more!
YYYAAAYYY!!! Go Morgan!!!
Love him so much!! What a great birthday party you and Aaron gave him! I love how he runs to give me hugs!
Great to see his smile. Those are funny words to be saying first!
He is a friendly little fellow, and is putting words together! Great news!! So adorable.
I'm still trying to decipher Morgan's talking, but I get some of it!
i love the truck on his shirt. cute
Love him SO SO much!!! He is such a happy boy! You two are doing a great job bringing him up! He is surely blessed!
Yes, it's SO fun listening to him talk!! Especially "God help me".
He also says "auntie"!!!!!
I'm so glad he's talking now after listening to his brother so much! It's great that he loves books now too!
So glad he can express himself! He is growing up. How precious - "God help me!"
