This fund raiser will support and introduce The Habitat for Humanity (flood repair) Renewal Program which is currently operating in Bragg Creek, assisting people with repairing their ravaged homes. It will also continue to support the Bragg Creek Community Centre.
In typical fashion, Habitat for Humanity is looking for local volunteers to come together to assist with the repairs to people’s homes. They will provide the materials, co-ordination and instruction. They will have a table at the concert for more information. Drop by say hello and get to know what they are up to.
Bragg Creek Community Association is an organization, which operates a multifunctional facility providing a wide variety of activities & many opportunities to develop community spirit.The Bragg Creek Community Centre faces the challenge each year to meet its operating costs. It requires approximately $475,000 per year for operations and relies on fund raising events such as this one to help cover yearly costs.
