I think the idea of a 24-hour smoothie reset makes sense, especially compared to starving yourself after overeating. Starvation just slows your metabolism and leads to muscle loss, while nutrient-rich smoothies can actually help preserve muscle and support fat burning. What I found useful before trying short-term plans like this was checking my bmi calculator men. It gave me a clear picture of whether I was in a healthy range or if I needed to focus more on fat loss rather than just quick fixes. Of course, BMI doesn’t show muscle vs. fat, but it’s still a solid baseline. Pairing that with weekly smoothie resets could keep progress on track without feeling extreme.
