10 - My Weekend Down South

My Weekend Down South

Look familiar?  Can you guess what it is?....

Yup, that's right, it's the Father of the Bride house, located in Pasadena.

The Bride-to-Be.  That's a picture of her husband when he was 12 years old.

Lindsay and me at Gordon Biersch

Kim and me at Twin Palms - Kevin Costners outdoor restaurant in Pasadena

Dorothy (a friend from Pepperdine) and I at her apartment in Westwood after our visit to The Coffee Bean.

A view from Pepperdine

The view from Alumni Park at the bottom of Pepperdine.  No, the grass doesn't run right into the ocean, but I love that it looks like it does.

The Alma Mater

Surfrider Beach

Surfrider...my favorite beach in Malibu.  There were lots of waves that weekend!

Getting ready...

What a beautiful setting!  It was at the Calabasas Inn

Lindsay...the Maid of Honor

The beautiful cake.  The wedding colors were chocolate and orange.

The Bride (Kara) and I.  I was the Guestbook Attendant.

The dress is from Forever 21.  Dorothy just got a job in HR with NBC Universal.  She started last week.  She was really excited about it.

Did the Father of the Bride house look how you expected it to?  Or was it smaller or larger?  Did it have the basketball hoop that was in the movie?

What a beautiful house, and, of course so many beautiful girls. And it is nice to know that Pepperdine is still as stunning as ever. Nice photoblog.
