I Will Not Acquit
Exo 23:7 Keep far from a false charge, and do not kill the innocent and righteous, for I will not acquit the wicked.

All Divine-Right-of-Kings or Two-Kingdom positions posit that Jesus will judge us according to our obedience and support of the contemporary civil government, with few exceptions.
God has abdicated His authority over to them to rule arbitrarily as they please. This was one of the major things that was reformed 1500-1688 as the authority of Christ and the Bible was reclaimed.
Yet "I will not acquit the guilty" applied to government officers and the citizenry alike. Both will be judged by Christ's own law, not the popularly accepted human law of the age. Part of that law requires a response from bystanders to participate in punishing criminals by God's revealed definitions, whether they are other citizens or government officers.
The main method to engage the reform today, is for both officers and citizens to forbear using the human legalities in order to steal, coerce, or kill others. Nor are they to partner with- or profit those men who are criminals. Until we do this, our consciences will prohibit us from proclaiming the ethical authority of Jesus Christ to define crime and punishment in His revelation. Neither will the culture around us take that inaugural message seriously.
Refuse dishonest gain.
