What do you think is the best development for the dispatch service.
My uncle's dispatch service needs a good development. But without understanding the essence of what kind of development, we are looking for specialists. At the moment we are advised Python and .NET Core. These are completely different tools, each with its own advantages and disadvantages. How do you think the best platform to order the development of an application or web development for the service?

Thank you for not passing by. Thank you especially for the article. From the article I understood that python is a multi-level language used in all developments, but its speed is low. But Net Core is newer and easier to use, so I will consult with experts first and then we will go further.
