I initially got into yoga as a way to complement my strength training routine. I was looking for something that would help me recover faster and prevent injuries, and yoga seemed like the perfect fit. In addition, I decided to use the yoga for beginners Yoga-Go app. I appreciate how the Yoga-Go guides me through each pose and provides modifications for those who may need them. Not only has it helped me improve my flexibility and strength, but it has also enhanced my overall sense of well-being. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a complete newbie, I highly recommend giving Yoga-Go a try. You won't be disappointed!

I started doing yoga because I was looking for a way to improve my flexibility and balance. As I've gotten older, I've noticed that my body doesn't move as easily as it used to, and I wanted to change that.

For me, yoga was a combination of factors. I was dealing with a lot of stress at work and feeling physically tense all the time. I heard that yoga could help with both, so I decided to give it a try.
