Set Date/Time format:
In 12 Hour format the hours will be displayed as 1 through 12 with “a.m.” and “p.m.”

The services you ask about are provided by companies like Adenty . I think it's an interesting, if slightly disturbing, technology. On the one hand, it allows companies to better understand their customers and improve their service, which is nice. On the other hand, it raises questions about personal freedom and privacy. Hopefully, these tools are used responsibly and don't turn the internet into a place where everyone is watching your every move.
