Set Date/Time format:
In 12 Hour format the hours will be displayed as 1 through 12 with “a.m.” and “p.m.”

Hello. I don't know much about this kind of thing, but I found this site to be very easy to use. https://savetiktok.org/ doesn't require any software to be installed - you just copy the link, paste it into the window on the site, and click “Download.” The video is saved without a watermark, which was the main criterion for me. I highly recommend it!
