To be honest, we didn't have such a person, back then even technology lawyers were rare and not everyone could afford them. But now I would definitely collaborate with a coach if I were doing my first projects. What coach did you start your first tech startup with?

We were overconfident at first and decided we could do without a coach. Then, when we ran into a lot of legal trouble, we started looking for an experienced tech startup coach and found David N. Sharifi, Esq. Sharifi, Esq. of techandmedialaw. We liked his presentation as a specialist, he immediately told us about his cases which are similar to ours, i.e. a legal entity is created and then there is a lot of work to do. We made an action plan to register everything necessary and completed the work on time.
