Work has been exhausting me more than usual, and I wondered if what I’m experiencing was simply stress or something deeper like ADHD. The article I found on menswearstyle.co.uk helped clarify this by explaining the difference between ADHD and professional burnout. Burnout tends to build up slowly from prolonged workplace stress, causing fatigue and detachment, whereas ADHD is a neurological condition that affects focus and behavior consistently over time. Recognizing this difference is crucial because it changes how you approach treatment—burnout might need rest and boundary-setting, but ADHD requires specific therapies or medication. Reading this made me realize how many people probably confuse these two conditions and how important it is to know which one you’re facing to get proper help and improve your quality of life.
