Yes, some exchangers support USDT to PayPal transfers, but fees can vary a lot. The main risk is running into unreliable services. To avoid wasting money, I always check current offers on https://www.trustchange.com/. It lists exchangers that handle PayPal payouts, and you can compare their rates and conditions before deciding where to send your coins. Much safer than guessing.
