I’ve noticed how often I start tasks but struggle to finish them, or how even small decisions can feel overwhelming. That’s when I found a detailed quiz on https://growthscribe.com/how-to-tell-if-i-have-adhd-using-a-quiz-based-on-symptoms/ that looks at ADHD symptoms through everyday behaviors. Taking it made me realize that some of the things I considered just “quirks” might actually have a reason behind them. It gave me clarity on why certain routines feel exhausting and why focus slips away at times. Even if the results aren’t a diagnosis, the process of reflecting on your patterns helps a lot. I’ve started using small strategies to organize my day better, and it feels like a relief to finally have some insight into how my brain operates.
