Set Date/Time format:
In 12 Hour format the hours will be displayed as 1 through 12 with “a.m.” and “p.m.”

Yes, I have used similar tools for a long time. The main advantage of not having to register is convenience. It saves time. I regularly download videos via https://easytube.pro/. Everything works smoothly: fast conversion, no need to create an account and no random pop-ups asking for data. In my opinion, it's quite safe if you use trusted platforms.
