I don’t agree that CRMs make everything more complicated. If everything is chosen properly and set up right, CRM actually automates routine tasks like lead management, follow up reminders, and meeting scheduling, which saves a lot of time and reduces mistakes caused by the human factor. And overall, with this kind of tool it’s easier for companies to retain clients, increase loyalty, and as a result grow revenue.

That happens when you pick the wrong one. Or rather, the one that doesn’t fit. You shouldn’t just choose randomly hoping it will fix your problems.

I’ll say right away that I’m not insisting I’m right, but for me all these crms are just another set of apps and systems added to the workflow that make it even more complicated. Supposedly they should unload specialists, but while you’re figuring them out, the workload increases big time.
