In 12 Hour format the hours will be displayed as 1 through 12 with “a.m.” and “p.m.”

سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال
يقوم نون بتوفير خدمة إرجاع استبدال المنتجات بعد شرائها وذلك يجب أن يكون خلال 15 يوماً من تاريخ استلام وتوصيل المنتج ولكن يجب أن تتأكد أولاً من أن هل المنتج الذي قمت بشرائه وترغب في إرجاعه أو استبداله من ضمن المنتجات القابلة للإرجاع والاستبدال.
حسناً كيف يمكن إرجاع المنتج!
- أولاً يجب التوجه لقائمة "حسابي"
- ثم الضغط على إرجاع وبعد ذلك الضغط على "تقديم الطلب".
- اختيار المنتج الذي تريد إرجاعه من القائمة.
- ثم اختيار السبب المناسب من قائمة أسباب الإرجاع.
- اختيار المكان المناسب لتسليم المنتج وفي النهاية قم بالضغط على إرسال.
ويجب ذكر أنه يمكنك إرجاع المنتج واسترداد القيمة ولكن من الصعب استرداد قيمة الخصم لأن الخصومات غير قابلة للاسترداد.
