I have a list of little things around my house that I keep putting off. A sink that drains slow, a toilet that runs sometimes, a couple of nail holes in the wall from an old picture frame, and a drawer that sticks. None of them are emergencies, so I just live with them. But I am starting to wonder if ignoring all of this is actually costing me more in the long run. Has anyone here finally called someone to knock out a bunch of small repairs at once? Was it worth it or did you regret not just doing it yourself? I am tired of the list getting longer. Would love to hear how it went for others. Thanks.

Running toilet, drawer that sticks halfway open, and some nail holes in the hallway that I just hid behind a picture frame. None of it was urgent so I let it slide forever. Coworker sent me a link at https://www.urbansplatter.com/2026/06/why-toronto-homeowners-trust-torrhandyman-to-fix-the-things-theyve-been-ignoring/ and after reading it I realized putting off small fixes just costs you more later. Finally booked someone. Knocked out everything on my list in like two hours and the place felt new again. Should have done it months ago. If you got a growing list of little annoyances just call someone and get it over with.
