I recently came across an interesting article about the difference between a fixed mindset and a growth mindset, and it really made me think about how much our beliefs influence our personal and professional lives. The author explains how people with a growth mindset are more likely to embrace challenges, learn from mistakes, and continuously improve, while those with a fixed mindset often avoid risks because they're afraid of failure.
I've definitely caught myself thinking, "I'm just not good at this," instead of asking, "How can I get better?" Changing that perspective isn't always easy, but I can see how powerful it can be over time.
One article I found particularly insightful is Fixed vs Growth Mindse. It focuses not only on personal development but also on how mindset affects leadership, teamwork, and long-term success.
Have any of you consciously worked on developing a growth mindset? What habits, books, or experiences helped you make that shift?
