Questions about working with a Logitech conference room

My partners and I opened a small branch of our real estate agency on Long Island. Long story short, we found a wonderful, bright space. However, when it came to phone calls with clients, the space turned into a real circus. Our old speakerphone kept cutting out, the video from our cheap webcam was grainy, and the cables were scattered all over the table, causing clients to trip. The boss lost his cool and allocated a budget for decent Logitech Rally bars and a Tap panel, so we can start meetings with a single tap, without having to constantly adjust the setup. I started looking for professionals to handle the installation and came across the team at Super-G Intelligence https://supergintelligence.com/specialties/logitech-installer. They’re based in New York and specialize in designing and managing turnkey meeting rooms. And they handle full cable management and configuration for Zoom and Teams. So, I just wanted to ask those who’ve already gone through this process: How difficult is it for regular managers to interact with the Tap system afterward? Is it really so intuitive that even someone with no technical background can use it? Thank you in advance!
