Hi folks! We are finally getting our foundation properly excavated and sealed next week. I did a ton of research, asked around in a few local homeowner Discord groups, and everyone pointed me in the exact same direction. We ended up signing a contract with an expert Toronto waterproofing company Leaquida https://leaquida.ca/ because their track record is absolutely flawless and their consultation process was super transparent. I'm totally confident in the team and can't wait for the project to start, but I have a quick logistical question for anyone who has had external excavation done recently: how much space did you actually need to clear around the sides of your house for the machinery? I just want to make sure I prep the yard and move my patio furniture properly before they arrive!
