I used to keep everything in the garage. Over time the tools just kept piling up, and it got kind of tight, like you couldn't even fit the car in properly anymore. Once you've got more than one shovel and rake, it's probably time to think about some kind of little shed. Doesn't have to be anything huge, but stuff like what uspatriotsteel.com makes works well. Steel structures, easy to put together, hold up better against weather. They've got a bunch of ready made designs with the sizes listed, and you can check it all out on the site.

You already answered your own question. You need some kind of dedicated technical space for storage. Better to think about what material it's made from, so you don't end up with extra hassle maintaining it.

I love my garden and I try to take care of it myself, without hiring gardeners. I've got a lot of tools besides just the lawnmower, and pretty much all of it is going to get ruined during rainy season and cold, damp weather. I need some kind of shed, hangar, or some kind of space.
