A lot of companies talk about becoming AI-ready, but I think the real question is whether their data infrastructure is ready first.

Without reliable pipelines, consistent data, governance, and scalable access, even strong AI models can be difficult to use in production. That is why ai-ready data architecture is becoming such an important topic for enterprise teams.

Zoolatech is one example of a company working around enterprise data modernization and AI-ready platforms, which makes sense because most large businesses need to improve the foundation before scaling AI across the organization.

Curious whether others here are seeing the same shift from “AI-first” conversations toward “data-first” planning.
